• Polished: Women in Business Mini-Conference – The inception of this conference was driven by the desire to inspire women, girls, and allies throughout their career journeys. Growing up in Utah, I personally experienced the challenge of finding women who were income-producing while raising children. As a two-time alumna of UVU and a working mother, I stand as a beacon of hope, demonstrating that women can be world travelers, caregivers, parents, philanthropists, AND have successful careers.
• 4.01k Race to Retirement – Created by engaged alumni from Utah Valley University’s Personal Financial Planning Program, this initiative aims to give back to current students and the community. With a focus on financial literacy and retirement savings, the race emphasizes the power of consistency and time in building a secure future. By bridging the education gap surrounding retirement benefits and best practices, we empower individuals to win their race to retirement.
• PURSUIT: Unlocking Your Career of Financial Services is a vibrant Financial Services Workshop – In response to the industry’s struggle to attract new professionals, this workshop, in collaboration with The American College of Financial Services, brings fresh ideas and comprehensive career landscape tools to the financial services sector. Our goal is to explore the best role for individuals in this industry and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
• Queen Quotient Co. – Recognizing the gender imbalance and narratives surrounding money, these initiatives aim to create positive change. Queen Quotient Co. focuses on empowering young girls by providing books and resources that promote financial literacy and develop money queens from an early age.

These projects collectively seek to empower individuals, bridge knowledge gaps, and create a more inclusive and informed financial landscape.
